Anime Inn's software faced a severe failure, resulting in all data lost. I tried to retrieve them for the past week, with the support technicians working extremely hard on it, but the main data that was lost was gone forever. As such, the site needs to be built from scratch, yet again. Hopefully, we can return our services by Xmas :( If not, merry xmas in advance!
